Statement of Business Practices

Global Entertainment Corporation and its subsidiaries adhere to ethical standards as outlined in the Company's Statement of Business Practices, which is available for review on the web link below entitled "Statement of Business Practices."
The Statement applies to all employees, officers and directors of the Company. The Company encourages employees to contact their supervisor or human resources representative if they are aware of a violation of the Statement, when appropriate, but makes an Anonymous Reporting System ("ARS") available for situations where anonymity is necessary.
