In November 2000, Global acquired International Coliseums Company ("ICC"). At the time, ICC had a two-year operating history and was established with an emphasis on the development of Multi-Purpose Event Centers (MPEC) throughout the United States.

The ICC Mission

ICC's mission continues to be the development of first class MPEC for mid-size communities. With each successful project, ICC continually improves upon its best value solution for event centers that range from 4,000 to 10,000 fixed seats. These MPEC host world caliber entertainment, performing arts and sporting events traditionally found in much larger markets. Once operational, these event centers help increase community pride while keeping significant entertainment dollars and sales tax revenue "at home".
