Control is maintained over the multi-million dollar developments with a manager assigned to each location during the construction phase. Global Entertainment Marketing SystemsGEMS is focused on marketing and sales of Contractually Obligated Income (COI) during the development and construction stage of our centers. COI revenue comes from the sale of luxury suites, VIP designated seating, sponsorships and advertising. Larger contracts address building naming rights, main vendor COIs such as beer dominance rights and soda rights, each a critical part of GEMS' marketing package. The primary objective of large COIs and multi-year agreements is the positiong of centers to be self-supporting. Global Properties IGlobal Properties I works closely with its affiliate, International Coliseums Company (ICC), in the early stages of proposed multi-purpose events and entertainment center development. The education process for the development of multi-purpose events and entertainment centers, along with the financial requirements necessary for completion, can be intimidating. With the expertise and close working relationship of GPI and ICC, this process has been streamlined to assist the local decision makers with the most current and appropriate information required to make the best decisions possible. In combination with an entertainment district, there is no other company in the marketplace that provides this customized single-source approach for the development and management of multi-purpose events and entertainment centers. |
